This little guy was also made for my game art class, in November 2024. The assignment was to create a cute robot companion, set in a vision of the future people had in the 70s. So, the MarlBot was born. He was my first try at rigging and animating!
This was a two part project for the Game Art class at my university. The goal was to create reusable shaders for making natural environments in Unity. Then, creating an entirely new scene in two weeks, reusing the tech and assets made for the original environment, and adding a modular windmill.
The entire scene was created in around 80 hours. It's made in Unity using modular assets, and fully optimized for gameplay.
It comprises of:
Foliage shaders (grass, bushes, trees)
Sculpted rocks and their LODs (Blender)
Sculpted bark
Custom bark and rock textures (Substance Painter)
Trees modelled in TreeIt
Custom foliage textures
The scene was made and rendered in 24 hours total, using the assets made for the first part of the assignment. The windmill is modular, made from the following pieces:
This candy race car was made as the exam for my Game Art class. It's fully modelled, textured and animated by me. View the animation on Sketchfab.
